We act as intermediaries between travelers and third-party service providers including hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and activity providers. While we carefully select our partners and strive to ensure quality experiences, Crown Travel is not directly responsible for services provided by third parties.
All journey packages and experiences are subject to availability and may be modified based on seasonal factors, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We commit to providing alternative arrangements of comparable quality when necessary.
3. User Obligations
When using Crown Travel services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and booking process. This includes personal details, travel preferences, health considerations, and any special requirements that may affect your journey planning.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, appropriate insurance coverage, and meet all entry requirements for your destinations.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our service providers. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Crown Travel via email. Initial consultations and journey planning discussions do not constitute confirmed bookings.
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, will be clearly communicated in your personalized journey proposal. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and potential loss of deposits paid to third-party providers.
All financial transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems. Crown Travel does not store complete credit card information on our servers. Currency exchange rates and conversion fees may apply for international transactions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific services booked and the policies of individual service providers. When you confirm your booking, you will receive detailed cancellation terms applicable to your journey components. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Crown Travel service fees are non-refundable once journey planning work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you to modify your plans whenever possible within the constraints of supplier policies.
Refunds for cancelled services are subject to the cancellation policies of individual suppliers and may take 14-30 business days to process. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
6. Travel Insurance
Crown Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and other potential travel disruptions. We can provide recommendations for reputable insurance providers upon request.
Crown Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Adequate insurance coverage provides essential protection for your investment and peace of mind during your travels.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crown Travel acts as an intermediary and booking agent for various travel service providers. While we carefully select partners and strive for excellence, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any travel arrangements made through our platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid to Crown Travel for those specific services, excluding amounts paid to third-party suppliers on your behalf.
8. Force Majeure
Crown Travel is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, government actions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
In the event of force majeure circumstances affecting your planned journey, we will work diligently to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where possible, subject to the policies of our service providers and suppliers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Crown Travel website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Crown Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without express written permission from Crown Travel. Custom itineraries and journey plans created for you remain the intellectual property of Crown Travel.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Crown Travel is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms of Service.
